The swimming pool and clubhouse area
provide a wonderful area for children and adults to relax and have
fun. The clubhouse has two cabana areas for parties and
cookouts along with restroom facilities. The pool deck has
chairs and loungers for rest and tanning. The pool was
resurfaced in April 2011 and looks terrific.
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts were damaged in the 2009
floods in Cobb County. The homeowners approved a ballot
initiative to remove the tennis courts and, instead, create a green
space with a walking path in this area. Construction will
begin in the early spring of 2012.
